Sibelco, an important player in the extraction and refinement of sand and minerals, has started the roll-out of the standard Objective weighbridge solution of De Clercq Solutions at its production and distribution sites in the United Kingdom.

In order to optimise the data exchange De Clercq Solutions was asked to realise an automatic link between the production orders in Objective and in SAP.

From May 13 till 16, De Clercq Solutions participated with 2 cycling teams of 7 people in the first edition of the "1.000 Km van Kom Op Tegen Kanker" (1.000 Km of Fight Against cancer).

Casa, specialist in interior decoration, has chosen the software solution Objective T&A (Time & Attendance) of De Clercq Solutions for its European distribution centres at Itegem and Heultje (Belgium). These distribution centres supply 510 Casa stores in 7 countries throughout Europe.

This year the Flemish League against Cancer (‘Kom op tegen Kanker’) organises ‘The 1.000 km of Kom op tegen Kanker’ for the first time. A tribute to the battle cancer patients have to their utmost to win day after day. De Clercq Solutions was inspired as a company to try and show an equal amount of bravery for this action.

IWT, the Flemish agency for “Innovation by Science and Technology”, has decided to support the development of an innovative “planning & scheduling” software solution of De Clercq Solutions.

A few years ago ArcelorMittal - one of the world's largest steel companies - chose Objective as the RF Middleware needed between the ERP system and the production and warehouse in its factory in Bissen, Luxembourg. In 2009 the company decided that the same functionality was to be implemented in its factory in Bettembourg, Luxembourg.

Simba Dickie thought the following functionalities crucial in its search for a WMS: cross-docking, the combination of batch and ordinary order picking per zone, kitting, a comprehensive repacking functionality and returns handling.

This year, the dairy cooperative Milcobel will invest 20 million. The most important investment will be the expansion of the factory at Moorslede, with an expected production elevation of 8.000 to 25.000 tons of cheese per year by 2011. De Clercq Solutions will be responsible for the installation of MES and WMS by mid 2010.

Thanks to De Clercq Solutions Guina found a system to be able to realize electronic shipment notes at crate level with the help of GRAI-codes and EDI-messages.

A year after the implementation of a number of modules of Objective MES at the production site at Turnhout, Astra Sweets decided to implement an LGV (Laser Guided Vehicle) for the end products. To accomplish this project, four parties worked together: De Clercq Solutions, EuroImpianti, Delaware (SAP) en Astra Sweets.

De Clercq Solutions has recently started at Univeg and Kaasimport Jan Dupont to realize electronic shipping notes on a crate level.

Recently Ardo chose the MES system of De Clercq Solutions for the factory at Zundert, where mostly spinach is processed into several finished products. The combination of JD Edwards and Objective covers the automation demands of Ardo.

Antalis saw the functionalities of Objective MES and WMS of De Clercq Solutions as a chance to optimize the processes in their envelope factory. This was planned in three phases, the last one of which is now in progress.

Dirafrost FFI - processer of frozen food - realised a paperless factory with a remarkable decrease of waste at he production lines thanks the the optimization of their production processes.

The project at Van Oordt PortionPack was a roll-out of the Objective implementation at PortionPack Belgium. The goal of the project was to guarantee a perfect traceability from raw material to finished product.

More than 60 years Lambrechts has been an important wholesale business in water (sanitary goods, wellness, …) and warmth (central heating, built-in fireplace, …). The company migrated from Clockwork to Objective Time & Attendance.
