1st Objective User Day
05/06/2008 - 05/06/2008
The 1st Objective User Day was held on the 5th of June 2008 in the NH Hotel in Ghent. The programme : the official release of Objective 4.0 MES/WMS/T&A and a number of academic and industrial keynote speakers, customer testimonials and debates.
About a hundred participants from more than 40 enterprises seized this opportunity to discuss the latest trends, innovative strategies and proven best practices with other users and with the experts of De Clercq Solutions. The customers-only Objective User Day was also meant to be a networking event where customers could exchange and acquire ideas on how to further optimize their operations with Objective.
About 75 percent of the participants filled out an evaluation form, and gave the day an average score of 8.4 / 10. Some quotes:
- "It was the 1st day I got a general overview from the application, I found the relation between DC with its customer really positive." Arturo Báez Bautista, Ahrend IT Services
- "An interesting and informative event that sheds light on the different aspects and possibilities (of Objective)." Timmy Thijs, Atlas Copco Airpower
- "Sublime!!" Philippe Meyer, Jan Dupont Kaasimport
- "It was interesting to see the customer cases and the evolution of Objective, and to experience the 'user community' feeling among the customers. Less time for the 'general speakers' is preferable to more time for the Objective cases." Philip Van Eecke, Milcobel
- "Good, constructive. Breakout sessions with actual experiences of users, opportunity to speak openly." Ken Astley, Simba-Dickie Belgium
- "An interesting, complete and efficient way to give a well-organized overview of all the functionalities." Gino Defauw, PsiControl mechatronics
- "A very successful initiative, ideal to meet the other users in the available modules." anonymous
