Brabomills also produces more and more flour for specialized products such as biscuits or tacos, which have a different composition and have to meet different quality criteria. That diversification strategy asks a great deal of know how and insight when it comes to production and its processes. “We needed a system that could help us monitor our production and – to a lesser degree - our logistics every step of the way, from wheat producer till baker“, says Bruno Vanherpe.
